These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pro Trip Planner website and mobile application. By using Pro Trip Planner, you agree to these terms.

Use of Pro Trip Planner

Pro Trip Planner helps you organize travel ideas, stops, routes, dates, reminders, and itinerary details. You are responsible for your own travel decisions and for using the app and website lawfully and safely.

Travel information

Travel plans, routes, maps, times, weather, availability, prices, hours, closures, road conditions, transit options, and local requirements can change. Pro Trip Planner may provide or display information from you, Apple services, published trip packages, or other third-party sources, but that information is provided for planning convenience only.

You are responsible for verifying all travel details before and during your trip, including reservations, tickets, business hours, access restrictions, safety conditions, weather, laws, and local guidance.

No professional advice

Pro Trip Planner does not provide legal, medical, safety, transportation, or professional travel advice. Any itinerary or route should be evaluated by you based on your circumstances, abilities, location, and conditions at the time of travel.

Accounts and data

Pro Trip Planner does not require an account with us. Features that use Apple services, such as iCloud sharing, Apple Maps, Apple Watch, widgets, Live Activities, CarPlay, or App Store purchases, are governed by Apple's applicable terms and settings.

Purchases and App Store terms

Pro Trip Planner is available through the App Store. Any download, purchase, subscription, refund, family sharing, or in-app purchase functionality is handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Apple End User License Agreement unless a different agreement is shown in the App Store.

Third-party services and links

The app and website may link to or interact with third-party services, including the App Store, Apple Maps, weather services, websites, destinations, businesses, or travel providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, terms, or performance.

Intellectual property

Pro Trip Planner, including its name, website, app design, text, graphics, software, and curated content, is owned by Pro Trip Planner or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Pro Trip Planner except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, website, API, or supporting systems. This includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service operation, uploading malicious content, scraping in a way that harms the service, or using Pro Trip Planner for unlawful activity.

Disclaimer of warranties

Pro Trip Planner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app, website, travel information, routes, timing, weather, reminders, or published trip content will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your particular travel plans.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Trip Planner and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel disruption, missed reservations, injury, loss, or expense arising from your use of or inability to use Pro Trip Planner.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Pro Trip Planner after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
