Pro Trip Planner does not collect, store, sell, or share personal user data. The app does not require an account. We only receive personal information if you choose to contact us.

No accounts or user tracking

Pro Trip Planner is designed to work without creating an account. We do not build user profiles, track individual travelers, or sell user information.

Trip information

Trips, stops, notes, and planning details you create in the app stay under your control on your devices and Apple services you choose to use, such as iCloud sharing. Pro Trip Planner does not operate a user account service that stores your personal trip data.

Website and operational logs

When you visit this website, normal server, hosting, security, and Cloudflare systems may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, referrer, and request time. This information is used for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and operating the service. It is not used to identify individual travelers for marketing.

If you contact us

If you send a support, privacy, or feedback message, we use the information you provide only to respond to that message and handle your request. We do not provide that information to private organizations or private persons for marketing.

Analytics

No analytics script is used on this website at launch. If privacy-preserving aggregate analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to describe what is measured and how it is used.

Children's privacy

Pro Trip Planner is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support request, please contact us so we can delete it.

Links to other sites

This website and the app may link to third-party services, including the App Store, Apple Maps, or other websites. Once you leave Pro Trip Planner, the privacy policy of the destination service applies.
